Appreciated my wonderful stay in winter time. The room was pet-friendly with the fireplace and it had wake-up service, that's cool. The hotel staff was affable and incredibly nice.

The restaurant was nice and the food was great. Its location just a short walk away from Crestline Library was great. It also was very close to lakes and lush forests.

The rooms are brand-new and tastefully decorated, have feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The location of the hotel is stunning, next to water activities on the lake and the Lake beside to the Mexican Restaurant and the mountains off the San Bernardino National Forest. Again, the property is located not too far away from an artificial lake.

The room was spotless and pet-friendly with real fire place - thoroughly enjoyed it.

A refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment, and a sitting area inside the deluxe king room were handy. The location was lovely, in front of the Lake! Plus, it was really close to a very nice grocery store and restaurants, bar, and antique shopping and the mountains off the San Bernardino National Forest.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the super friendly and accommodating staff. They were always available to answer any questions and made sure all our needs were met. The customer service here is truly top notch.

Great food, great service and lovely view of the lake. Extremely comfy beds in our a double room. Favourable location gorgeous right across the street from the lake. Also - really close to many restaurants, and water activities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel tucked away among the stunning mountains off a national forest. The location was absolutely perfect, with the hotel situated right across from a serene lake. I enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store right next door, which came in handy for any last-minute needs. The room itself was beautifully decorated and very clean, with comfortable beddings that made for a romantic atmosphere. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. I was impressed by the Victorian-like decor and the overall cleanliness of this place. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in their cleanliness as the room I stayed in was even cleaner than my own house. As a pet owner, I was grateful that there were pet-friendly rooms available. It was reassuring to see that the room was spotless and free of any traces of previous pets. this place is a gem and I cannot wait to come back. It definitely deserves more than a 4-star rating!
